How far in advance should we book your services?
Booking a wedding photographer is a crucial step in your wedding planning process, and it's best to do it as early as possible. Once you have your wedding date and venue secured, start looking for photographers. Aim to book your photographer at least six months before your wedding date, preferably even earlier if you're getting married during peak wedding season or on a popular date.
This early booking gives you ample time to research, meet with potential photographers, review portfolios, and make an informed decision without feeling rushed. Keep in mind that popular photographers may be booked up a year or more in advance. If you're more flexible with your wedding date or if you're planning a weekday or off-season wedding, you may have more options available to you and can potentially book your photographer closer to your wedding date. However, last-minute bookings can be riskier, limiting your options and possibly resulting in higher costs.
In summary, aim to book your wedding photographer 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure you have plenty of options and can secure the photographer who best fits your vision and style for your special day.
Do you charge for travel expenses?
Travel fees may vary depending on several factors such as the distance of the wedding venue from their base location, the duration of travel, and any specific requirements or accommodations needed.
How long will it take to receive our photos/videos after the wedding?
Our standard delivery time for wedding photos and videos is 16 weeks after the service date. However, we always strive to deliver them as quickly as possible without compromising quality. We understand the excitement of newlyweds eager to share their memories, and we maintain open communication throughout the process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your post-wedding experience seamless and memorable.
What is your policy on sharing photos/videos on social media or your website?
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we've established our cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties involved. Upon signing the contract, we require half of the invoice amount as a deposit, which is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. If cancellation happens within six months of your wedding date, the full amount is due.
However, we believe in flexibility and want to provide you with options. While we don't offer refunds on the amount owed, we transfer the funds to store credit. This credit can be used towards any of the services we offer, such as wedding photography, videography, or studio photography. We aim to make the process as accommodating as possible while also upholding the commitments we've made to our clients.
