It’s no secret that June is my favourite when it comes to photography and this Wedding at The Marshes is why! So much sunlight. Having the flexibility to do photos until 8:45 in the evening makes my job way more fun! Sometimes doing couples portraits before the ceremony can be hard. Couples can still be a bit nervous thinking about all the little things. Having time to do portraits again, once all the formal stuff is done with the golden light is where the real magic happens.

Capturing love is easy, especially when you can see how much these two care about each other. It was clear, even at our first engagement session (we did two!). High school sweethearts I feel have the ability to withstand anything thrown at them. If your relationship can last through the chaos of teenage years, it can last through the changes ahead. How perfect is this pair together, they made my job so easy.
This perfect day ended with a cake cutting of a gorgeous three-tier cake that Alex’s Aunt made for them! Followed by a beautiful first dance for the happy couple and a Father/ Daughter, Mother/ Son dance. You could feel the love radiating across the room. The day felt like a true fairytale.
