CC’s on the Rideau Wedding for Alexis & Josh is one for the books. What an epic day filled with some of the most fun people on the Rideau! We travelled to Perth for this day and I have to say that we are in love! The getting ready spaces were spot on and the views were stunning. Even though this wasn’t the original planned date, I think it was just perfect. We laughed, cried, and danced into the night. Other than wearing masks during the ceremony this day felt as much like a regular wedding. I have to say the grand entrance on the boat had to be one of my favourites however that sunset was pretty spectacular! This is why you should never skip sunset photos, they are worth it every time!
Wedding at St. Johns Roman Catholic Church in Perth
Alexis and Josh exchanged vows at St. Johns Roman Catholic Church on a sunny Friday afternoon surrounded by the most people I’ve seen in a long time. Even though everyone was wearing masks, I could see how happy everyone was to see these two tie the knot. Sharing a first kiss was a pretty special one, that I almost missed and everyone cheered super loud! It was definitely the loudest I’ve heard in some time. My heart filled with so much joy! The church had the highest peaks out front and it was perfectly shaded for family photos at the front. The light pink walls made for a pretty twist on what you would normally see inside a church.
