How can entrepreneurs incorporate spirit into their business decisions? Personal Life?
Incorporating spirit is inherent whether we know it or not. Spirituality broadly means relinquishing a certain amount of responsibility for your own life and believing that there is something bigger at play. It is the belief that you are guided at least in part by a higher power. But it doesn’t require you to follow a specific religion, just to be open-minded about life beyond earth.
Sometimes, we don’t even realize we’re following a spiritual path because it’s so engrained in our culture. For instance, the horoscopes we might read in the newspaper on our commute to work and take comfort in, because we’ve been told we’re going to have a great day or that good fortune is coming our way.
How can growing your business with intention lead to a more balanced business?
Believe in divine timing; we’re all being intuitively guided daily and we all manifest things without realizing. Higher powers are always available to us. The most magical things happen every day when we are open to receiving. You start your business so you can have a career that’s supportive of motherhood. You work hard. Do your best to balance working and raising kids. But what happens when your business takes off?
That’s what happened to me. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not complaining or saying I’m not thrilled about the success of my business. But I started Grey Loft Studio six years ago so I could spend most of my time with my son. At the birth of the business, that worked. We got to play after online classes. Worked when he was napping. Life was good. But as he grew, so did the business. I’m now the mother of three kids and have less time to spend with my family. I squeeze much of the time I do have with my kids in between work, and even then I’m checking e-mail on my phone.
Finding balance is hard and by being able to tap into my higher being I have been able to find it. Listening to my higher self and what my body needs is indeed the pinnacle in bringing my business to the next level.
Should all entrepreneurs embrace spirituality and rely on it to help with growth?
As much as the success of your business as an entrepreneur depends on your level of intelligence. It depends greatly –also –on your level of spiritual strength. Why Bring a Psychic Medium on a Business Podcast, thus, you have to be spiritually inclined and mindful. In order to excel above the expectation of people and yourself. Spirituality helps entrepreneurs in so many ways although many of them tend to stay away from it because of their belief that spirituality and entrepreneurship are two mutually exclusive pair.
