Pink Venue TwentyTwo Wedding in the sky with a ceremony at the beautiful historic Billings Estate in Ottawa. With the best view in town, Pink Venue TwentyTwo will undoubtedly be a fan favourite for us. We knew leading up to this day that it would be amazing. However, we weren’t quite prepared by how much it would be. The perfect mix of emotions. Romantic, fun, stress free, the perfect combination! Over the years we’ve come to realize that is what’s most important and at the core of what we do. This holds true for Mel & Jamal as well.

I will forever be a fan of light suits. This is truly amazing and definite fav’s from this season!

Ceremony at the Historic Billings Estate

Mel & Jamal opted not to do a first look which is totally ok! Everyone knows that I love them, but it doesn’t mean that I don’t appreciate when people choose not too! It’s definitely a more traditional option which is also fun! Jamal had the biggest smile I have ever seen and Mel’s eyes filled with tears. Such a sweet moment. She took my advice and took a few seconds at the end of the aisle to soak it all in. It’s one of my fave things to get couples to do! It’s not a race, enjoy it, be present! It took a lot to get to this very moment!

Wedding Party Fun is totally our Vibe

Do we get a traditional pose or two? Yes, do we like to make the rest fun, yes we still do. There are no rules, we can look pretty and have fun at the same time. Lucky for us the whole gang was ready and truly gave us everything we could hope for! Spray champagne? Yes please! Pop more bottles in the limo? Also yes. Give your photographer a few glasses? Also yes! Loved everything about this Pink Venue TwentyTwo Wedding!

Pink Venue TwentyTwo Wedding the best view in Ottawa

My breath still get’s taken away each time we’re at a Pink Venue Twenty Two Wedding in Ottawa. Now if Parliament can get rid of the ugly cranes that would be amazing. I’ve spent most of my summer photoshopping them out! Now I don’t do every image, but my favourite ones I do!

It’s no secret however, that I love neutrals and pinks at weddings. Well, Mélissa did not let me down. It was the perfect blend of neutrals, pink, romantic candles, cheesecloth napkins, you name it she made it happen. Absolutely loved the final look! So classic!

Bride & Groom Portraits that are truly magical

We had a cloudy day which is quite perfect from a photo perspective, however I do like it when the sun comes out! It just happened to come out at all the best times making all the magic happen! Not sure what kind of weather dance they did, but it worked!!

Not sure just how they will choose a thank you card because we have so many good ones to choose from!! Sorry not sorry!

Mélissa & Jamal -perfection. We honestly cannot believe how beautiful your Pink Venue TwentyTwo Wedding gallery is! We are so thankful that our paths have crossed . We seriously cannot WAIT for the date night that we will surely have when you get back from your honeymoon! We will always look back on this day and know that it was perfect.
