The loveliest couple, Katrine & Kelsie – War Museum in Ottawa. Sweet, fun, and extremely thoughtful is how we describe these two as they are truly kind humans. When you get that feeling… the feeling you fell in love with your soulmate. This is Katrin and Kelsie’s story. You meet them for the first time and know this is it, this person is the one. You could tell right away that those feelings were present at this wedding. Obvious from the moment we arrived, Katrine and she couldn’t stop talking about her vision of her future with Kelsie.
All in the details – nothing missed
The day was filled with smiles, laughs, and as always lots of dancing. Katrine and Kelsie thought of everything for this wedding. Since Kelsie is a firefighter, they rented an antique firetruck for the wedding and it was so much fun. This wedding party knew how to boogie and they made our job so easy. One of them even played the bagpipes for the bride as she walked down the aisle at the Christ Church in Aylmer. The reception was held at the Canadian War Museum and it was the first time we had ever shot in this space.
Guest Experience is number one
Believing and trusting in making sure that your guests have a great experience on your wedding day is truly important. Focusing on ensuring that they are entertained and that the food is great is a really good start! Katrine and Kelsie focused on this for their wedding at the War Museum. The rest will be fun if you have lots of drinks flowing and an amazing DJ. As photographers and videographers it’s important to make sure the day flows. Choosing an amazing vendor team will allow you to do just that!
