Fairytale Wedding at the ROGC for Emily and Mathieu. Beautiful creamy white roses with lush greenery and a light pale blue made this whole design come together beautifully. This day had been postponed but I think they lucked out in that everything, including weather was perfect. It’s not everyday you get to witness a love story such as this one. Emily and Mathieu have been together since high school. Little did Matt know, that the day he asked Emily to go on a date, it would be the last girl he’d ever ask. The details of course, flawless. It was a smaller group, but the vibes in the air filled the entire space up.
Meeting your future Prince in Grade 7
Emily and Mathieu met in grade 7, however only started to date in Grade 10. Emily described the “spark” or love story to be; “We had known each other for years and then we went on a September camping trip to Sandbanks with a large group of friends. However, we were the last ones sitting around the campfire and and stayed up until the early morning talking. It just clicked! Shortly after the trip we started dating and ten years later we are engaged to be married!” Fairytales do have happy endings and this is one that we hope to watch grow over many years!
Emotions are high, but the Sun is shining for this Wedding at the ROGC
This fairytale wedding at the ROGC consisted of an elegant array of two wonderful families joining together and truly loving one another. The connection that Emily and Matt have has spread to the entire family. Strong support and guidance is what any young love needs. Luckily for these two, there is plenty to go around. Devotion, dedication, and understanding are portrayed with both parents of the couple actively involved in each others lives. No tears were left un-cried, however it hard it was to see them while masks were worn.
Wedding Day in Aylmer Summer 2021
In today’s weddings it can be hard to entertain guests. These two took advantage of the engagement video we made for them in Summer 2020 and did a live screening of it! The best part was watching Emily and her 99 year old grandma watching it together and smiling together. It was a super special day for us to spend with them and we have some amazing fond memories from that trip!
