We have our contact form HoneyBook directly integrated into our website. In order that when our clients fill out the information that’s required, it creates a profile for them in HoneyBook. Which makes your life that much easier. This is great if you want to keep all of their info in one place.

QUESTIONNAIRES

When you’re seeing a lot of clients every year, you don’t have time to create a questionnaire for each and every one of them. Using questionnaires is a great way to make sure that you’re giving your client what they really want. We use questionnaires throughout the whole process. Even after they book us, we’ve used creative ways to build questionnaires that give us the most information from them and to keep them as a client.

PROPOSALS

Once your client says yes, they want to book you, it’s time to send them a proposal. This is basically an invoice, but it also attaches our contact form. All the info from the contact form and questionnaires that HoneyBook saved, automatically fills out the contract for you.

PLATFORM FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

HoneyBook is also a platform for credit card payments. It can take all of your payments through there and even set up recurring monthly payments. Which is amazing for your clients and yourself. This is a great way to receive a monthly income when you don’t have wedding sessions booked every week.

Finally, the last and very important detail about HoneyBook is the workflows. They already have some templates you can use, but you can always make your own specific to your client’s needs. Workflows are great because they allow you to stay in contact with your couples from when they first inquire with you, until up to three years.
