November Wedding at Venue 22 for Jess and Kenny is one that set our hearts alight. Not only were we able to capture dear friends of ours, but Luc was also in the wedding party! It was definitely a different perspective for both of us! Luc and Kenny go way back to middle school. The bond they share is so special. The memories, the laughs, and the many days of gaming in the dungeon at Kenny’s house have been legend in our home. I’m pretty sure as we left Mike was inviting Luc for a LAN party.
From the first time I met Jess it was pretty clear to me at least that this pair is intensely made for each other. They love to laugh, have fun, and above all else, are so madly in love. I’m pretty sure I was asking Ken when he was going to pop the question right after meeting Jess. I bet everyone could see how perfect they truly are together.
Venue 22 has the best Getting Ready Suites
It’s no secret that having a beautiful prep space can make all the difference. What I love most about Venue 22 at the Westin is how conveniently close the bridal suite is to the reception room. When Jess and Ken were searching for venues I made sure the Westin was on the list for this reason. You can’t beat the views and the rooms. Plenty of space and lots of big bright windows. When over 30% of the content of your day comes from this part its essential to make sure it looks amazing.
First looks & Private Vows are Amazing
It’s no secret how much we love having first looks. When it gets dark by 5pm its definitely something you’ll need to do or have your ceremony earlier. It makes for some amazing photos and videos. Plus it’s a nice way to start the day, alone (with our team – lol). Whenever we ask couples what the best part of the day was First look always makes a top 3 and no one EVER regrets them!
Majors Hill Park for a November Wedding at Venue 22
When you think November you think cold, snowy, windy. However, we had a plus 22 degree day filled with so much sun that was truly magical for these two. I remember distinctly that they wanted to get married on a Saturday and on the 5th day of the month, so November was the date that worked. I caught myself saying over and over how lucky we were this fall. Global warming has a few perks like warm fall seasons. I don’t even think Jess could have predicted this type of weather 🙂
Huge thank you to Jess and Kenny for having Luc and I be such a big part in your special day! Honestly adore how well everything turned out! The day was truly perfect and we couldn’t be happier for the next chapter you two embark on together! 🙂
